Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a fantastic experience at this resort, staying with my family for four nights. The unit was spacious and clean, with a great BBQ area that we loved. The staff were efficient and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, although we did face a few issues during our visit, especially with the pool and some cleaning standards. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially in summer, but there are areas that need improvement.
My stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. While I loved the spacious and clean lodge, the service we received left a lot to be desired, particularly during check-in and with the responsiveness of the staff. The pool was enjoyable for my kids, but the overall dining experience was disappointing due to limited options. It's an affordable choice if you're looking for proximity to Pilanesberg National Park, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
We had an overall enjoyable stay, with a clean and well-equipped family villa that provided ample entertainment for the kids. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, as the restaurant lacked quality options and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The maintenance issues in our unit and the reception's insensitivity were definite downsides that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location is stunning, nestled in the African bush with clean, spacious chalets that offer great views. However, the service was a letdown, especially during check-in, which soured my stay. A positive was the enjoyable barbecue facilities at each chalet, but I wish they could provide better service and amenities like more internet access without extra charges.
We had a mixed experience during our stay. The resort had a nice atmosphere, and the activities like quad biking and safari were fantastic. However, our enjoyment was hampered by the closure of the water park on Mondays, and the late check-in and early check-out times were very frustrating. On top of that, our experience with the reception was less than ideal, which left a sour taste in an otherwise pleasant resort.
