The room was big enough for two people and clean.
I found the restaurant staff unhelpful. They barely greeted us and the overall service was bad. I think that the chef helped us more than the waiters.

the range of free activities was a nice surprise. the resort was larger than i expected, yet it still felt intimate. the breakfast buffet was tasty and i enjoyed it (the omelets were fantastic!).
the wifi signal was poor, hindering streaming services on my phone.

the rooms were clean! and the resort had a lot of potential.
Especially the restaurant service. service was slow. Orders took too long, and certain guests got priority. there weren't any kids' meal options available.

I found the kitchen facilities well equipped. the beds felt comfortable. the staff were friendly which was a plus. i particularly enjoyed the leap adventure activities. The tour guides seemed very patient.
The wifi signal was weak. I could not stream videos on my phone. repeatedly authenticating the wifi login also felt irritating.

There was a wide range of free activities available. The prices for activities that needed supervision and equipment were reasonable. The resort felt intimate, even though it was larger than i thought. The reception team was friendly. Tshepo was really good.
the wifi signal was poor, so i could not use streaming services on my phone or laptop. Streaming services on the tv were inaccessible too. i had to repeatedly log in to the wifi, irritating. it was really only good for whatsapp

The rooms were well appointed and very clean. I found the twin room patio spacious and comfortable for my stay. The air conditioning worked well.

Quad bikes were brand new, and Magda and Ben were great. I loved the beach sand floor in the seating area near the kids' pool. The resort had great facilities for children.
